Eric Rabeno

Eric Rabeno is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in medical device development and advanced operations management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Advanced Operations at Hologic, Inc., since November 2021, Eric has held various roles including Manager of Advanced Operations and Project Manager. Prior to this, Eric worked at Terumo Cardiovascular from April 2016 to November 2021, where responsibilities included managing a team for the design and validation of new production equipment and leading the implementation of automated assembly lines for cardiac devices. Eric's career also includes positions at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and Therakos, focusing on research and development of medical devices, and engineering roles at the United States Department of Defense, where project management included the development of technological tools for military vehicle readiness. Eric holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Biomedical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
