Erik Andres

Erik Andres, MBA, MSIB, is currently serving as the Supervisor of Project Engineering at Hologic, Inc., where responsibilities include managing the advanced operations project engineering team since April 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Engineer at Terumo Cardiovascular Group, where Erik developed a complete design package for a next-generation oxygenation device and supported CAPA activities. Erik also worked as Product Engineer 2 at Siemens Healthcare, focusing on designing automated testers for electro-mechanical medical devices and managing cross-functional international teams. Additional experiences include positions at CSC, the University of Delaware's Center for Composite Materials, and the Fuel Cell Research Laboratory. Erik holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with an Aerospace Concentration and two master’s degrees: one in Business Administration and another in International Business, both from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
