Erika Lim

Erika Lim is an experienced individual currently serving as an Internal Audit Intern at Hologic, Inc., where responsibilities include conducting Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing and performing gap analyses for Global Internal Audit Standards and ESG regulations. Previous roles include Sponsorship Coordinator with Women in Business at UC San Diego, where Erika successfully secured sponsorships and addressed funding needs, and Vice President of Finance for the UCSD Undergraduate Economics Society, managing budgetary challenges for a 70-member organization. Additional experience includes customer service at UC San Diego's Registrar's Office and a Governing Board Internship at South Coast Air Quality Management District, where budget oversight and office design were key tasks. Erika Lim is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics at UC San Diego and will begin a Master's degree in Quantitative Finance at the Rady School of Management in September 2024.
