Isaac Tan is an experienced IT leader with a strong background in strategic planning and architecture within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of IT for Asia-Pacific at Hologic, Inc. since March 2022, Isaac collaborates with regional leadership and stakeholders to establish strategic partnerships that support commercial divisions. Prior to this, Isaac was with Roche for over 15 years, holding various senior positions including Head of IT Strategy, Architecture and Governance, where responsibilities included driving digital transformation initiatives and aligning IT strategies with business goals. Isaac also has foundational experience from IBM Business Consulting Services, managing diverse projects across multiple industries. Isaac holds an Executive Education credential in Leading IT Innovation from Carnegie Mellon University, a Bachelor of Computer Science from the National University of Singapore, and a Diploma in Information Systems from Singapore Polytechnic.
