James O'Sullivan is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as Site Director at Hologic, Inc. since February 2023. Prior to this role, James took a sabbatical to travel throughout Europe with family, fostering personal connections and creating memories. From September 2010 to June 2022, James held multiple positions at GKN Aerospace, including Site Director with full P&L accountability, where notable achievements included implementing a Lean Operating Model and leading diverse program and commercial functions across multiple sites. Earlier roles included General Manager for a new acquisition and significant contributions to the A350-1000 program. James began a career in engineering at BELECOHEAT, progressing from Special Projects Engineer to Design Engineer at TaylorShaw Valves. Educational credentials include an MSc in Mechanical Engineering with distinction and a BSc in Motorsport Engineering with first-class honors from The University of Huddersfield.
