Jessica O’Deens

Jessica O’Deens (Thomas), PMP, is an accomplished Program Manager at Hologic, Inc., since May 2022, with prior experience as a Senior Project Manager at PCI Pharma Services and as a Project Manager at Terumo Cardiovascular Group. At PCI Pharma Services, Jessica managed commercial customer accounts and new product introduction projects, emphasizing effective communication strategies. Jessica established an organization-wide Project Management Office at Terumo Cardiovascular Group, developing methodologies for change control and risk management. Previous roles also include Engineering positions focused on project management initiatives and process validations, as well as internships in medical device innovation and research.
