Jill Perez

Jill Perez serves as the Director of Human Resources at Hologic, Inc. since September 2021. Previously, Jill held the position of Human Resources Director at Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, leading the HR function for a 450-employee civil engineering firm. Jill's extensive experience also includes a role as Senior Director/Principal Human Resources Business Partner at CoreLogic, where support was provided for over 500 employees in the Credit Solutions business. At Parexel, Jill progressed through various HR leadership positions, culminating as Senior Director of Human Resource Operations for the Americas, overseeing HR operations for 6,000 employees across multiple countries. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University and further human resources qualifications from the Human Resources Certification Institute and UC San Diego.
