John Belanger

John Belanger is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in implementing financial systems and supporting merger and acquisition activities. Currently serving as the Senior M&A Integration Lead at Hologic, Inc. since July 2018, John specializes in the integration of newly acquired companies into Hologic's business systems, managing the entire process from due diligence to the initial financial close. Prior to this role, John worked as an Independent Oracle Financial Applications Consultant at JMB Consulting, where Oracle Applications were implemented for various financial functions. John also held consulting positions at Whitbread Technology Partners, Softec Solutions, and The OASYS Group, focusing on Oracle Financials and related applications. John began his career as a Financial System Analyst at Millipore Corporation after earning a BA in Accounting from Stonehill College.
