Kai Yi Bong has over a decade of experience in technical support and service management within the medical technology industry, currently serving as a Service Manager at Hologic, Inc. since February 2015. In previous roles, Kai Yi Bong has held various positions including Field Service Team Leader for the VIC, TAS, SA, and WA regions, as well as Technical Support Specialist and Regional Technical Support Specialist for the Asia Pacific Region. Prior to joining Hologic, Kai Yi Bong worked at Technology Medical Associate Sdn Bhd in Malaysia, progressing from Service Engineer to Senior Service Engineer and eventually to Technical Support Specialist. Kai Yi Bong holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics from Universiti Tenaga Nasional.
