Kate Brown has extensive experience in regulatory affairs, particularly within the medical device industry. At Hologic, Inc. from March 2017 to April 2025, Kate held multiple roles, including Senior Principal Specialist, Regulatory Affairs, and Principal Regulatory Affairs Specialist. Prior to Hologic, Kate served as a Regulatory Affairs Associate at Medtronic from June 2014 to March 2017 and worked at Covidien (Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group) from September 2007 to June 2014 as a Quality Analyst and Quality Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Keene State College.
