Kathleen Mayer

Kathleen Mayer is a seasoned professional in user services, currently serving as the Manager of User Services at Hologic, Inc. since October 2019. Prior to this role, Kathleen held positions as Supervisor and User Services Lead at the same company, contributing to user services since December 2014. Kathleen's career began at Harrington Hospital as a Helpdesk Technician from November 2013 to December 2014. Kathleen holds a Master of Science in Organizational Change Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Worcester State University.
