Laura Carter is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in marketing communications and graphic design. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Communications Manager at Hologic, Inc. since January 2023, Laura previously held the position of Marketing Manager at Stryker Surgical Technologies, where rapid promotion to Manager, Marketing and Communications occurred within eight months, showcasing leadership and creative direction skills. Prior roles include Art Director at ddm marketing & communications, where responsibilities encompassed creative direction and project management, and founding Malt.bee design, a freelance graphic design company. Additional experience includes graphic design contracts with Amway and positions as a Production Artist and Graphic Design Intern, all underpinned by a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Kendall College of Art and Design.
