Lincoln E. is the Director of Global Operations at Hologic, Inc., where they focus on global supply chain management and medical device production optimization. With extensive experience in the medical industry since 2003, Lincoln previously served as Operations Manager at Hologic, where they increased annual production capacity by 22% through OEE optimization. Prior to that, Lincoln held positions at Medline Industries, LP, including Project Lead, where they led the improvement of infusion equipment production cycles. Lincoln is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
