Marion Walcher

Marion Walcher currently serves as the Director of R&D Core Technologies at Hologic, Inc., a position held since October 2016. Prior to this role, Marion accumulated extensive experience at Hologic Gen-Probe from March 2006 to September 2016, progressing through various positions including Scientist IV and Associate Director. Marion's career began at Diversa Corp., where responsibilities included serving as a Staff Scientist from 2002 to March 2006. Marion holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Microbiology, obtained in Munich, Germany, between 1992 and 2002.
