Mark Irving

Mark Irving is the Vice President and Corporate Secretary at Hologic, Inc., where they advise C-level leaders and support the Board of Directors on critical corporate matters. With extensive experience in public company reporting, securities law, and corporate governance, Mark has built a reputation as a trusted legal executive. Prior to their current role, they served as Assistant General Counsel at Refinitiv and Thomson Reuters, and began their career as an Associate at Torys LLP. Mark holds a degree from Georgetown University Law Center and continues their education at Montclair Kimberley Academy.
