Mia Keeys currently serves as the Director of Global Health and Innovation, as well as the Director of Federal Affairs at Hologic, Inc. Since June 2024, Mia has been a CARE Action Board Member and is a member of the GlobalWIN Board of Directors, promoting women's leadership in innovation and policy. Previous roles include Chief of Staff for the U.S. House of Representatives and Director of Health Equity Policy & Advocacy at the American Medical Association. Mia's early career featured work as an Emotional Health Counselor in Indonesia and an HIV/AIDS Prevention Researcher in South Africa. Mia holds a Doctor of Public Health from The George Washington University and multiple degrees in related fields, including a Master of Arts in Medical Sociology from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor's degree from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania.
