Micah Lightheart is an experienced professional in the fields of human resources and arts administration, currently serving in HR Operations at Hologic, Inc. since April 2023. Prior to this role, Micah was a People Manager for the Dallas Symphony Children's Choir from July 2022 to April 2023, and held various positions at lululemon, including Store Inventory Lead, Key Leader, and Educator between May 2021 and July 2022. Micah also contributed as a Grant Panelist for the Aaron Copland Fund for Music in both May 2022 and October 2019.
