Michael Fisher

Michael Fisher is an experienced technical support and field service engineer with a strong background in troubleshooting and repairing advanced diagnostic instruments. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist III and previously as a Field Service Engineer III at Hologic, Inc. since February 2015, responsibilities include conducting advanced troubleshooting, managing preventive maintenance, and collaborating with OEM suppliers on quality issues. Prior experience includes a role as Field Service Engineer II at FEI Company, focusing on ASPEX product maintenance, and as Senior Field Service Engineer at JEOL USA, where installation, maintenance, and training for various electron microscopy technologies were key responsibilities.
