Michael Wotton is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in the ceramics and composites industries. Currently employed at Hologic since September 2006, Michael has previously held positions at GE Aviation as a process engineer, where responsibilities included overseeing the Chemical Vapor Infiltration (CVI) process for Silicon Carbide Ceramic Matrix Composites, and at GE Global Research as a ceramist, focusing on the development and production of high-temperature chemical vapor deposition (CVD) coatings. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Ceramic Engineering from Rutgers University, obtained in 2000.
