Mick Virtue is an experienced leader in the Med Tech and logistics sectors, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience for ANZ and Field Operations for APAC at Hologic, Inc. since August 2018. Prior to Hologic, Virtue held the position of Director of Service at Getinge, focusing on enhancing customer experiences in the healthcare domain. With a strong foundation in technical operations at Stryker, Virtue progressed through various roles, including Senior Manager Technical Operations and Communications Install Manager. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Serco Australia, where responsibilities included managing medical supply contracts for the Australian Defence Force, and strategic management within the Air Movements Training and Development Unit. Virtue's career began in the Australian Defence Force as a Logistics Officer, complemented by an MBA in Logistics and Entrepreneurship from Southern Cross University.
