Mieke Tarwater

Mieke (Biesheuvel) Tarwater is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Director and Senior Corporate Counsel at Hologic, Inc., Mieke has previously held positions as Senior Corporate Counsel and Corporate Counsel at TaylorMade Golf Company. Mieke started a legal career as an Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorneys' Offices and has also worked as a Litigation Associate at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP. Initially gaining judicial experience as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Judith N. Keep at the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, Mieke holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from UC San Diego and a law degree from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law.
