Molly Ruddock

Molly Ruddock is a finance professional with extensive experience in internal audit and finance shared services. Currently serving as Director of Finance Shared Services, Treasury Operations, and Internal Audit at Hologic, Inc. since December 2016, Ruddock has developed a strong understanding of IIA’s International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Internal Audit at Draper, where Ruddock prepared and presented quarterly reports to the audit committee, and various positions at Partners Healthcare and Deloitte, where Ruddock conducted comprehensive audit engagements and provided oversight in audit operations. Ruddock earned a BA/MBA in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University.
