Nilo Caravaca

Nilo Caravaca serves as the Vice President of Operations at Hologic, Inc., with responsibilities spanning multiple sites including Alajuela, Costa Rica, Marlborough, MA, USA, and Londonderry, NH, USA since June 2009. Previously held the position of Vice President, Operations Costa Rica & LATAM, overseeing the Costa Rica site and LATAM Supply Chain. Earlier roles included Operations Director at Hologic and Owner at Marco Polo Imports. Nilo's career began at Cooper Bussmann as a Global Unity Manager for PTP (SAP). Nilo Caravaca earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR between 1988 and 1991.
