Paul Freebery

Paul Freebery, Sr. is an experienced Facilities Manager with a robust background in managing operations across various companies in the facilities and data center sectors. Currently serving at Hologic, Inc. since September 2021, Paul previously worked at CBRE as a Facilities Manager and held leadership roles at Air Quality Remediation LLC and Project Solutions Group, Inc., where responsibilities included managing safety programs and overseeing data center operations for Capital One N.A. Additionally, Paul contributed as a Critical Facilities Manager at Berkley Technology Services, ensuring the effective operation of a newly constructed Tier II Data Center. A former Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Paul managed substantial operating and capital budgets while overseeing a large facility. Paul completed the State of Delaware Apprenticeship Program in Carpentry/Construction after graduating from Delcastle Technical High School.
