Pierre Malboeuf

Pierre Malboeuf serves as the Vice President of Field Service Americas at Hologic, Inc., a role commenced in October 2005, with a focus on building capacity and partnerships to support significant business growth. Prior to this position, Pierre held several key leadership roles within Hologic, including Senior National Director of Field Service, where oversight was provided to a team of over 380 in delivering a World Class Customer Experience, and Director of Imaging Field Service, focusing on collaboration across various business units to achieve customer excellence. Pierre began the professional journey as a Field Services Engineer at UPMC and further developed expertise in biomedical engineering during service with the United States Air Force. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College and a Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University.
