Sam Moore, Chartered Fellow CIPD, is an experienced professional with a strong background in change management and HR transformation. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Principal Consultant at MOORE CONSULTING PROFESSIONALS LIMITED since October 2012, Sam specializes in delivering tailored people-focused change programs to enhance organizational effectiveness. Recent roles include Change Management Consultant at Hologic, Inc., Global Change & Communications Lead at Cargill, and Change Management Lead at Purplebricks. Sam's extensive experience also encompasses positions at LACE Partners, Arup, Arqiva, Nacro, and McKesson UK, where impactful transformation initiatives were executed.
