Previous positions include Senior Director Finance at Shire, Vice President Finance at Teleflex Medical, Finance Director at CR Bard, and Finance Controller for South East Asia at Boston Scientific Corporation, among others. Satish has a strong track record in building finance organizations, enhancing financial processes, and driving compliance. Educational qualifications include a Master in Financial Management from Nursee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and Cost and Management Accounting from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
