Sofiane Kadded has extensive experience in financial management and analysis, having held various positions at notable companies. At The Adecco Group, Sofiane served as Financial & Reporting Controller, ensuring P&L accuracy and maintaining relationships with the accounting department. Sofiane continued at Expedia Group as Finance Manager, overseeing budgeting and forecasting for Global Sales Analytics and Compensation, and later managing global marketing financial activities. As a Financial Analyst at Pierre et Vacances Center Parcs Group and a Senior Financial Analyst at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, responsibilities included monthly reporting, budgeting processes, cash flow analysis, and preparing performance reviews for top management. Currently, Sofiane is the FP&A Manager for Hologic, Inc. in France, leading full FP&A activities and supporting multiple divisions. Sofiane holds a Master's degree in Audit, Finance, and Financial Management from Ecole supérieure de Commerce de Clermont-Ferrand and additional finance credentials from ITESM.
