Tyler Tian is a logistics and supply chain professional with over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. Tyler currently serves as the Senior Director of Product Development at Hologic, Inc., leading cross-functional teams and driving technology upgrades and compliance improvements. Previously, Tyler held various engineering roles at Hologic, including Director of Engineering, where they managed product development teams and spearheaded quality improvement initiatives. Tyler's earlier roles include positions in security and fugitive recovery, demonstrating a diverse career path. They are also pursuing a Ph.D. in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at The Johns Hopkins University.
