Xihong Su is a seasoned Senior RAQA Manager currently leading the RAQA team at Hologic, Inc. in China, focusing on pre-market CFDA registration and post-market regulatory compliance. With a robust background in the medical device industry, Xihong has previously held roles such as Head of RAQA at KARL STORZ and QA Manager for the APAC region at Hologic. Xihong's expertise encompasses research and development quality assurance, understanding of regulatory frameworks including CFDA and FDA, and managing quality management systems. Xihong holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hunan University and a Master's degree in Project Management from UIBE Business School.
