Holon Gardens is redefining landscaping for residential and commercial real estate through Micro-Conservation™—a design-driven approach that replaces conventional turf with native habitat gardens that are beautiful, low-maintenance, and ecologically productive.

We serve property management companies, HOAs, multifamily communities, and commercial developers across the Houston metro area with full-service landscape design, installation, and stewardship.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
Every project we deliver generates measurable impact across five dimensions: ecology (biodiversity gains, stormwater capture of 23 gal/sq ft annually), economy (elimination of recurring mowing costs, increased property values), community (neighborhood trust and engagement), culture (landscapes that reflect regional identity rather than generic monoculture), and governance (transparent, data-backed reporting on every installation).

OUR SERVICES
• Residential: native garden design and installation for homeowners, stewardship tracking portals, and community activation programs.
• Commercial: Custom native landscape design and transition for apartment complexes, office parks, retail centers, and mixed-use developments—reducing maintenance budgets while exceeding ESG and sustainability benchmarks.
• Nursery & Events: Native plant propagation, seasonal markets, workshops, and neighborhood tours.

THE 3% INITIATIVE
Our flagship program invites property owners to dedicate just 3% of their land to native habitat restoration. This creates a living, connected ecological fabric across neighborhoods—turning isolated properties into a distributed conservation network.

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit headquartered in Houston, TX. Our team combines expertise in landscape architecture, ecology, systems engineering, and community development.

Currently hiring landscape designers, horticulturists, crew leads, and community stewards who want meaningful work restoring native ecosystems in urban environments.
