Lacking bureaucracy and unnecessary overhead, Holos’s two principals work on each aspect of a client’s engagement. Holos was formed by a former SEC Attorney and CFA and a finance and regulatory attorney who previously worked as a CPA.  

Holos is available on a project basis, an hourly basis, and even as an outsourced General Counsel to investment managers and across other legal areas.
