Ian Wright has extensive experience in the culinary field, having owned and operated The Riverside Restaurant from 2000 to 2004, where traditional British food was served with a unique twist. Following this, Ian managed The Kingfisher Inn from August 2004 to July 2013, focusing on quality food and ale in a pub setting. From September 2013 to August 2014, Ian served as an Event & Hospitality Chef at Holroyd Howe, responsible for overseeing events and private dining at a private school. Ian’s culinary expertise is backed by a City and Guilds qualification in Food Preparation and Professional Cooking from East Surrey College, completed between 1990 and 1992.
