William Kramer has over 25 years of experience in engineering and project management. William began his career as a Project Engineer at Tyler Refrigeration from June 1997 to July 2007, where responsibilities included creating new options, bill of materials (BOMs), and drawings for customers. Since August 2007, William has served as a Project Manager at HOLT CAT, focusing on customer submittals, ordering generators and automatic transfer switches (ATS), inspecting received equipment, arranging shipping, and overseeing project closeout activities. William holds a diploma in Tool & Die Design from Midwestern College and completed a Vocational Machine Shop program at Richmond High School.
