Michele Yoder

Michele Yoder currently serves as HRIS Manager at Holt Logistics Corp. since August 2025, having previously held the same title at Burlington Stores, Inc. from January 2020 to April 2025. At Burlington, Michele led system design assessments and regression testing while identifying deployment risks and managing compensation operations. Noteworthy accomplishments include receiving the Excellence CEO Award and HR Award in both 2021 and 2022. Prior to Burlington, Michele worked as an HR Analyst at A.C. Moore, managing HR functions for 5,000 employees, and as a Client Information Specialist at On Time Staffing, where multiple Employee of the Year awards were earned.
