Ralph Roach has extensive experience in retail management, having served as General Manager at both Pottery Barn from 2002 to 2006 and Gap Inc. from 1999 to 2002. They were also a Store Manager at Urban Outfitters between 1996 and 1999. Currently, Ralph is the Director of Client Relations for Canada at Tiffany & Co., a role they began in 2022, while also holding the position of Division Vice President at Holt Renfrew since 2023.
