The Human Resources team at Holtec International is responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll management, and compliance with labor laws. They support the company's workforce by handling recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits, training, performance management, and payroll processing to ensure a productive and motivated work environment across the Nuclear, Solar, Geothermal, and Fossil Power Generation sectors.
