Katarina Milošević

Katarína Milová is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, diversity and inclusion, and psychological counseling. Currently serving as a Culture, Diversity & Inclusion Specialist at Sygic, Katarína drives engagement surveys and manages D&I initiatives aimed at empowering women in leadership. With a background as an HR Communication Specialist and Happiness Manager, responsibilities have included performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development. In addition to work at Sygic, Katarína serves as a psychologist and therapist at Hedepy, providing counseling to individuals, couples, and families. Previous roles include HR Lead at ANV, co-founder of Radosť pracovať! and stestivpraci.cz, and positions focusing on strategic HR consultancy and development processes. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Psychology from Charles University and further studies in Germany and Slovakia.
