Democratizing the housing market for students and people with lower investment limits by harnessing the power of cryptography, blockchain, and smart contracts.

HOMT, a project of Spin Tradex Inc. is the world’s first-ever platform
that strives to democratize the access to and ownership of student
dedicated properties by allowing fractional ownership through
tokenization. It aims to create a dedicated marketplace whereby
properties will be available for rent by students across the globe and simultaneously also become owners of the property wherein the rental expenses become an investment bought and sold in periodic crowd-sale offerings, allowing clients to sell properties and accommodations in whole, in fraction or lease their currently owned assets.
