HOM specializes in the management of Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) programs for individuals and families who are exiting homelessness. The Housing Support Services team at HOM, Inc. plays a crucial role in facilitating access to stable housing for individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness. This team collaborates with landlords and property owners to identify suitable housing options, provides guidance and support through the application process, conducts inspections to ensure quality standards, and supervises housing programs to ensure effective service delivery. Together, they work to empower participants by helping them secure and maintain permanent supportive housing and rapid re-housing solutions.
