Felicia Pinckney is a highly experienced individual with a background in project management and military service. Felicia currently holds the position of Program Manager, Network Development at Home Base, a program focused on healing the invisible wounds of war at Massachusetts General Hospital. Additionally, Felicia is a Founding Partner at Take Flight Strategies, a project management firm. With over 23 years of military service in the US Army, including being the First Executive Non-Commissioned Officer in Massachusetts, Felicia has a proven track record of leadership and dedication. Their educational background includes an MBA from Suffolk University and a BA in Psychology from UMass Boston.

Home Base is a national nonprofit dedicated to healing the invisible wounds of war for Veterans of all eras, Service Members, Military Families and Families of the Fallen through world-class, direct clinical care, wellness, education and research – all at no cost to them – regardless of era of service, discharge status or geographical location. The program was founded by Massachusetts General Hospital and the Boston Red Sox.
