Karl-max Tebit is a safeguarding and child protection professional with extensive experience in developing policies and leading initiatives to enhance child protection standards. With a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Dschang and a Master's in Public Law from the University of Bamenda, Karl-max previously served as a Human Rights Associate at Mbah & Partners Law Firm, where they advocated for human rights and provided legal support to victims. As a Social Worker with Plan International, they implemented programs for children affected by conflict and managed emergency relief efforts. Currently, as a safeguarding and child protection consultant, Karl-max creates tailored safeguarding policies and educates organizations on best practices for child protection.
