Jake Mitten

Jake Mitten is the owner of a Home Instead franchise in Markham, having opened the business in August 2020. In this role, Jake manages all daily operations, recruits and trains staff of CAREGivers, and collaborates with clients and their families to ensure high-quality care, while also marketing the business within the community. Prior to this, Jake held various positions at Dyson, including Account Manager and Sales Analyst, as well as Sales Analyst Intern during two co-op terms. Additionally, Jake served as a Budget Analyst (Co-op) for York Region. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Co-op Option from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University, alongside multiple management certificates from Schulich ExecEd.
