Matt Lenart

Matt Lenart is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience across various industries, including senior care, non-profit management, and military operations. Since November 2014, Lenart has served as a Franchise Owner at Home Instead Senior Care, where responsibilities include overseeing business operations and providing essential services. Prior to this, Lenart was the Director of Operations at the Cheryl Kay Foundation, focusing on strategic planning and fundraising for home care services from April 2013 to November 2014. Lenart's earlier roles include Drilling Foreman at Chesapeake Energy, where project optimization and logistics consulting were key responsibilities, and Spine Sales Associate at Stryker. Lenart also demonstrated military leadership as the Executive Officer and Mechanized Infantry Platoon Leader in the US Army, overseeing significant personnel and equipment management during deployment. An alumnus of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Lenart graduated in 2006.
