Michael Steinberg

Michael Steinberg, MS, PHR, serves as the Chief Executive Officer at JAN-PRO Franchise Development of Greater Wichita since November 2023 and is a Managing Member of EMPB Holdings LLC since February 2019. In addition, Michael has been the CEO and Franchise Owner of Home Instead since February 2008, focusing on senior care services in Wichita and Sedgwick County, Kansas. Michael has extensive human resources experience, previously serving as Human Resources Director for a non-medical senior care franchise, and has academic experience as a Lecturer at Wichita State University from May 2013 to December 2021, contributing to curriculum design and teaching Aging Studies courses. Earlier career roles include management positions at Aaron Brothers, Brookstone, and CompUSA, coupled with a strong educational background that includes a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development from National Louis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Geography from The University of Texas at Austin.
