Roger McLaughlin

Roger McLaughlin is an accomplished professional with a robust background in finance and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as the Multi-Unit Owner/Director at Home Instead for Belfast, Ballymena, Carrickfergus, and Antrim since November 2021, Roger previously held the role of Group COO at Home Instead Senior Care UK from December 2020 to November 2021. Prior to this, Roger was the Group Head of Finance and Operations at Home Instead Senior Care from March 2019 to December 2020 and worked as a Finance Officer at Northern Marine Management Limited from August 2016 to February 2019. Additional experience includes a Data Gatherer Contractor position at Deloitte and a Financial Analyst role at PGIM Fixed Income, as well as an Operations Analyst position at PGIM Real Estate. Roger holds a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Business Studies from Griffith College Dublin, completed in 2012.
