Tami Paque

Tami Paque is an experienced HR and recruitment professional with a career spanning over two decades. Since joining Home Instead in May 2010, Tami has held multiple roles, including HR, Recruiting Training and Development Manager, Corporate Recruiting Manager, and Recruitment and Engagement Manager, where responsibilities included hiring and retaining caregivers in Green Bay and Door County. Previously, Tami worked at Adtec Staffing as an Administrative Assistant/Employment Specialist/Payroll Specialist and at APAC Customer Services Inc. as a Human Resource Staffing Coordinator, where Tami coordinated hiring processes and conducted background checks. Tami graduated from Ashwaubenon High School in 1988.
