Home Pro Gym (HPG) is a fitness brand built on one idea: make serious strength training accessible to everyone - anywhere, anytime.

Founded in 2019 in the U.S., HPG became a global success with customers across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia choosing our resistance band systems as their go-to home gym solution.

In 2024, HPG was acquired by us, a Singaporean company with a bold vision: to bring this proven concept to Southeast Asia, starting in Singapore.

Our flagship Stackable Resistance Bands Set redefines what a home gym can be. With a portable, modular design that lets users stack bands for progressive resistance up to heavy weight levels (450lbs), HPG delivers gym-level training without bulky equipment. It makes strength training more accessible, affordable, safer, and practical for all ages and fitness levels.

To take training further, we pair our resistance band kits with Supafit, our companion fitness app. Supafit provides guided programs, an extensive exercise library, and seamless tracking tools that help people:
