Andrew Thomas has extensive experience in talent acquisition and employer branding, currently serving as Team Lead at home24 SE since July 2018. Prior roles at home24 SE include Lead Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding and Recruiter. Prior to this, Andrew worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Adaptive Business Group from May 2017 to June 2018. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Kulturwirtschaft / International Cultural and Business Studies from Universität Passau (2015 - 2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, German with International Business from the University of Richmond (2009 - 2013).
