Andy Coleman

Andy Coleman is currently the CFO at Homebase. Andy has over 20 years of experience in the retail industry, having held senior positions at Coles, Sainsbury's, and Tesco.

Andy began their career at Tesco in 1998, where they spent 7 years as Stores Director. In 2005, they moved to Sainsbury's, where they spent 3 years as Central Operations Director. In 2008, they joined Coles as Retail & Supply Chain Director. Andy held this position for 9 years before moving to Homebase in 2017.

Andy Coleman studied economics at Nottingham before completing a BA at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Andy Coleman reports to Damian McGloughlin, CEO. They are on a team with Dave Elliott - Commercial and Marketing Director, Nina Findley - Director of Home at Homebase, and Neil Hill - Head of People & Leadership.
